take the truth,
hide it in a box
twist a ribbon round it
jump up and down on it
smash it
rip it
twist it
throw it
stab it
put it in the oven
allow to cool for 15 mins
serve from your mouth
don't expect me to eat it
i am fed up of eating your lies.
