lawsuit. This means that actual vegetarians from the community are now

THIS MONTH'S PRESSURE COOKER RECIPE
Our adventures with pressure cookers continue. Here's Sabrina's Black Bean
Chili for your own eatification.
2 cups dried black beans (I speed soak first)
1 tbl olive oil (optional)
2 cups coarsely chopped onions
1 tbl crushed garlic
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and diced
3 dried chipotle peppers (thinly sliced, remove seeds)
2 tbl chili powder mix (in spice section of Whole Foods)
1/2 bag baby carrots
4 celery stalks
1/2 cup TVP (texturized vegetable protein, available bulk @ Whole Foods,
or pre-packaged.
1 28 oz can fire roasted tomatoes (Muir Glen)
1 carton veg soup stock (Pacific or Imagine)
Sautee onions, garlic and TVP until onions are softened. Add all other
ingredients, and cook @ high pressure for 12 minutes. Use quick release.
Puree about a cup of beans (no stock), and add back into pot to thicken
chili.
Salt to taste (tamari is good too).
