PhotoSave from Verbatim
The last thing you want is to lose your photos, music, documents or the other important files on your computer. Most of us will have some kind of computer malfunction at some time, leaving us missing some important or memorable files. We all need to back up our systems. For many computer users, backing up is a big hassle and something they just don’t get around to doing. Now, with the new technology, you have no more excuses.
The PhotoSave DVD from Verbatim is effortless for backing up your photo files. The photos we take these days are digital, and we usually download them onto our computers from our cameras. But just saving them on your computer is not necessarily keeping them safe. This new product can save up to 2,000 photos on one disc. And you don’t have to be a computer guru to use it.
Simply place the PhotoSave DVD in your DVD recording drive and the rest is almost automatic. Select one of three options: Auto Copy from the My Pictures folder (or select another folder), Camera or another location, and Manual Copy. If you select Auto Copy from My Pictures, the software will search for picture files on that folder then copy them onto the disc.
If you’re like me you have photo folders in various locations, so you can select the Manual Copy mode and point the software to the locations you want to back up. If you select more than the allotted amount of pictures for one DVD, you will be prompted that more than one DVD is required and when it’s time to insert another disc, you will be alerted. No problem.
There is no software to install with these discs. It’s integrated in the DVDs for quick and easy use. And let’s not forget peace of mind. You can rest assured that your precious memories are backed up on DVD. The PhotoSave DVDs are available in packs of 3 and 5.
The Verbatim PhotoSave is important purchases for anyone who has digital photos. And it's goof proof!
